Sony's Alpha A37 and NEX-F3 pose for the camera, reveal more angles, details

Well, well, talk about déjà vu! It was just yesterday that a corner of Sony's 16.1 megapixel NEX-F3 leaked onto the interwebs and now more photos have surfaced, along with a previously unannounced shooter, the Alpha A37 SLT. The pictures come courtesy of Yang Canggih, which says it had a chance to demo the two devices yesterday at Sony's Partner's Conference in Jakarta (curiously, the NEX-F3 post isn't live as of this writing, but Sony Alpha Rumors has the images up). Starting with the F3, the mirrorless camera has lost a smidgen of the curves found on its older sibling, the C3, adopting a slight bit of the angular edges that once made the NEX-7 the badass standout in the lineup. You'll notice that the shutter button and grip have an uncanny resemblance to the 7's, not to mention that it's clearly gained a pop-up flash -- a first for the lower-end NEXs. Past that, the rumored -- and self-portrait friendly -- 180 degree tilt-screen is also present, which'll likely give the C3 an edge over its siblings when it comes to composing shots. Also worth note, some of the buttons on back have been slightly repositioned.

Moving along, those hoping for a successor to the A35 will apparently have their wish granted with the 16.1 megapixel A37. According to Yang Canggih, it features the articulating display from last generation of NEX cams, Auto Portrait Framing (first introduced with the A57), four more effect modes than the a35 (up from 11) and an ergonomic grip in the vein of the A77. Sadly, that's about all that's currently known, so hopefully we'll get an official introduction to the cameras soon. Head past the break for a shot of the A37 and then check out the links below for even more of both.

Jon Lovitz on Obama: What a F*%king A$$hole!

Jon Lovitz is apparently not a fan of President Obama.

The former Saturday Night Live star didn't exactly go Ted Nugent on Barack, but he did make some strong feelings known on his recent podcast, "The ABC's Of SNL."

In a clip first highlighted by Breitbart TV, Lovitz jokes that Obama is "a f--king a$$hole" for "saying the rich don't pay their taxes." Tell us how you really feel, Jon!

The comedian went on to explain that Obama "is the perfect example" of what can go wrong with government: "He's amazing. He had nothing. He had no father."

"He was, you know, of mixed race which is a burden in the United, don't kid yourself, you know, growing up like that, and no money, and the guy ends up being at Harvard."

"He's the President of the United States. And now he's like, fuck me!"

"If I make a dollar and out of every dollar I'm taxed at 50, half, at 50 cents, I have to give, isn't that like enough?" asked Lovitz. He continued, "It's half. HALF?!"

It's unclear whether Lovitz's comments were sincere or in jest ... or a little of both. The rant occurred this January, though the podcast itself was just released.

Victoria Jackson is perhaps the President's most outspoken critic among SNL alumni, often calling Obama a communist. Yeah. Nothing in jest about that.

Vagina Tightening Options For Women | All about Health and Fitness

Under?Womens Issues??Tags:?Options, Tightening, Vagina, women??

Every woman at some point in her life suffers from the problem of a loose vagina. There are multiple factors which can cause a vagina to lose its firmness. In this article we are going to discuss about some of the factors and consequences of having a loose vagina and find out some of the effective treatment options available which can help the vagina regain its firmness and shape.

Causes

There could be multiple reasons for a vagina to loose its elasticity but the most important one is child-birth and aging. During child-birth the vaginal muscles are stretched well beyond their limits leading to loss of elasticity and firmness. Although with passage of time they do recover to a certain extent but mostly not to satisfactory degree. Aging also causes the skin and muscles loose their firmness and strength leading to a loose vagina. It has also been noticed that women who live a very sedentary lifestyle or insert large objects into the vagina can also cause damage to their vaginal firmness.

Consequences

The first and foremost consequence is the lack of sexual desire and increased chances of suffering from low libido problem. Men love having sex with women who have a tighter vagina that is why they are attracted towards young girls. Hence once a partner suffers from lack of vaginal firmness it brings down the level of sexual satisfaction leading to problems in a relationship because a good and healthy sexual life is very important for a happy and long-lasting relationship. There are also increased chances of suffering from vaginal infections, urinary incontinence and bad vaginal odor.

Treatment Options

Women have a lot of options in hand these days to get a tighter vagina. Those who have a lot of money in hand can opt for vagina tightening surgery which is the quickest way to get back tightness but there are always complications involved when one goes through surgical procedures.

There are also exercises which target the vaginal muscles and make them tighter. These exercises are known as kegel exercises and can be very effective in getting strength back into your pelvic floor muscles.

These days most women opt for vagina tightening creams which are made from natural herbs and make the vagina tighter instantly. Their regular usage helps the vagina regain its original shape and size and they do not carry any type of side effects. Women have also reported that these herbal formulations not only tightened their vagina but also helped in overcoming problems like bad vaginal odor and vaginal dryness.

Laura Prudom: 'Nikita' Recap Of 'Wrath': Nikita Embraces Her Dark Side

Note: Do not read on if you have not seen Season 2, Episode 19 of The CW's "Nikita," entitled "Wrath."

I said most of what I wanted to say about this week's phenomenal episode of "Nikita" in my earlier preview, but since I'm eager to hear your thoughts on the episode and feel that there are some stand-out moments worthy of closer examination, I couldn't resist writing a quick review-cap too.

Aside from how impressed I am that Albert Kim's script and Jeffrey Hunt's direction steered clear of anything exploitative, what really stood out for me in this hour were Nikita's growth as a character and Maggie Q's gripping performance throughout the episode. This season has seen Nikita struggling weekly with the concept of past sins, utilizing pitch-perfect flashbacks to provide deeper insight into who Nikita used to be and how she became the woman she is today.

As with the fascinating (and strangely poignant) scenes between Nikita and Amanda in "Power," this week's episode showed us new sides of our heroine thanks to her past interactions with Percy. (It also made me realize how much I've missed seeing Xander Berkeley strutting around in his power-suits -- absence makes the heart grow fonder.) Instead of humanizing both characters, as "Power" did, Nikita's conversations with Percy brought out the pair's dark sides, proving that Percy is still the most dangerous monster of all, simply because he doesn't view himself as one.

Every person has the capacity for evil inside them, darker impulses that they fight to resist, and what sets Nikita apart from the Percys and Amandas of the world is that she, at least, recognizes that her actions are harmful. I don't blame her for wanting to show Brandt that "there are women out there who can hurt him too," since it's undeniable that the vicious arms-dealer was a monster in his own right. But it was Percy who forced her to use her body to get close to Brandt in the first place, presenting the assignment as only "distasteful," instead of recognizing the monstrous things he forces Division's agents to do under the pretense of protecting the country -- and that's a far more grievous sin.

As I said in my preview piece, Q's devastating performance is award-worthy by any standards, and I was impressed by the myriad emotional beats she hit. From her playful camaraderie with Alex at the top of the hour to the seething, flinty-eyed demon she became when taunting Brandt, the actress demonstrated stunning range throughout the episode. I loved that even when Nikita was bound and ostensibly at Brandt's mercy, she still had the psychological upper hand, goading him until the arms-dealer looked truly terrified of her, as if her restraints no longer had any bearing on who held the power in the room. Rick Ravanello did an excellent job of conveying Brandt's anger, frustration and eventual intimidation in an understated and believable way, especially in a role that could easily have crossed over into cartoonish, scenery-chewing villainy in the wrong hands.

When I spoke to Q last month, she hinted that Nikita's confrontation with Michael about the shortcomings of their relationship would not be pretty, but as gut-wrenching as it was to see an emotionally drained Nikita lashing out at her lover, I agree with Michael that it was an entirely necessary, and long-overdue, reaction. Nikita has spent most of the season trying to ignore her insecurities and hurt over Michael choosing to be with Max (and by extension, Cassandra) instead of her, but buried feelings have a nasty habit of resurfacing. The couple's raw, unflinching conversations in "Wrath" were exactly what was needed to get them back on the same page. As Birkhoff pointed out, it was time for the pair to start taking grown-up steps instead of baby steps, and to really confront the issues of their relationship if they were to have any hope of moving forward.

Michael's simple observation, "I know it's not because you don't love me; it's because you don't love yourself," cut right to the core of who Nikita is, an insight that proves just how perfect the pair are for each other. I was relieved that Kim avoided any of the trite, default clich?s that could've seen Michael promising to "love her enough for the both of them," as his simple promise that he would teach her how to love herself proved far more emotionally resonant.

As we head towards the finale, it's heartening to see the stakes being raised every week. While it's a shame to see Alberta Watson go, Madeline Pierce's death was a necessary catalyst for the chaos to come, giving the mission some emotional momentum in the early going, especially for Sean. Dillon Casey did a great job with his character's restrained grief and newfound resolve, and it allowed further evolution in the long-simmering chemistry between Sean and Alex. The episode was so expertly crafted, I didn't even miss Amanda, although I'm eager to see what she and Ari are up to now that their resources are drained.

As with all great shows, "Wrath" gave us sharply-observed insight, not only into our characters and the morally ambiguous world they inhabit, but also into the human condition as a whole. I'm sure many viewers can relate to Nikita's struggle with self-acceptance (although I hope not for the same reasons), and the fear that past mistakes might make us somehow unworthy of love or happiness. In offering a light at the end of the tunnel for even a character as damaged and wounded as Nikita, the show reminds us that there are infinite possibilities for redemption and hope, whether we think we deserve it or not. TV at its finest.

"Nikita" airs Fridays at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.

TeamViewer for Meetings updated with VoIP support

Team Viewer for Meetings

The folks at Teamviewer have pushed out quite the update for their TeamViewer for Meetings app, bringing some minor bug fixes, full hardware acceleration for Honeycomb and Ice Cream Sandwich tablets, and VoIP support. VoIP support on top of the already excellent Teleconferencing application really opens up things on a Wifi-only Android tablet, and better hardware acceleration support for those same tablets means a better -- and more productive -- user experience.

TeamViewer's apps and servers (they make an awesome Remote Desktop-style product as well) are 100 percent free for normal, non-commercial users. The Windows server has the ability to host meetings used with the mobile application, but as of yet the Mac and Linux versions do not, offering only the remote control abilities. We've got a mess of links below, and TeamViewer's press release after the break.

Customer Service ? Without Good Service You Won't Keep Your ...

Without good customer service, a business usually enters a period of slow and painful decline. Customers are literally the life-blood of a business. However, that doesn?t mean that the customer is always right or has the right to bully you around or treat you poorly. Many customers do have an entitlement mentality. If you give them an inch, they will take a mile and then some. In order to retain the best customers and develop those relationships, make sure you follow these simple rules:

Ask Questions

Many customers don?t know exactly what they want, but if you ask them enough of the right types of questions, you can help them buy what they need and really want. Ask them why they want to do business with you, and what they hope to get out of your company?s products. Ask them why they haven?t tried using your competitor?s products or services yet.

If you?re handling service calls, asking questions first can help you sort out what the problem is and then work out a solution that is mutually beneficial.

Never blame the customer first. This happens more often than most businesses would like to admit, and the only thing it does is alienates the people you do business with. When you ask questions, make sure that you ask the customer how he or she feels. Many times, service calls are made by angry or upset customers. Ask them detailed questions about what went wrong, what they were doing at the time, when the problem first began, and what they want the company to do. Let them vent first before offering a solution.

Identify and Anticipate Needs

During the question-asking period, you?re going to start formulating ideas about how to solve the customer?s problem. Get inside their head and become part of the conversation they are having with you. All too often, a customer service representative is looking for a way to get the customer off of the phone or looking for a way to reduce the service cost to the company. By doing that, you can?t anticipate the solution to the problem. You might even be able to make suggestions to the customer that he hadn?t even thought of.

Be A Good Listener

Don?t talk. Listen. You should do most of the listening during any customer service call. The customer is calling you and usually looking for a solution to a problem. Perhaps she wants to buy something from you. Perhaps she wants service on a broken piece of equipment. You won?t know if you are constantly cutting off a customer mid-sentence to offer a solution to a problem you don?t yet understand.

Make Customers Feel Appreciated

Some customers don?t feel appreciated. Even when there is no problem to be solved, a great customer service strategy is to periodically send customers ?thank you? notes, thanking them for being customers. You could do this immediately after sale or periodically throughout the year.

A ?thank you? note may also be effective when a customer hasn?t purchased anything from you recently. That note may just remind the customer how good of a company you are. Very few businesses bother to thank their customers these days. Here?s your chance to be a different kind of company.

Be ?On Their Side? Without Lying To Them

Customers always want to feel like you understand their problem. When you are ?on their side,? they feel like you?re there to help them instead of argue with them. Even when a customer is angry, you should try to ?be on their side.? However, you don?t have to bow in to a demanding customer with an entitlement mentality.

Some customers are unreasonable. You can still be on a customer?s side without lying to him about the situation. If the company is in the wrong, admit that. In fact, it might be helpful to find a flaw in the company and point it out to the customer. Likewise, be firm and point out any errors the customer may be making. Tell him that you understand his situation, it?s awful that your product failed at an inopportune time, and that you want to replace the broken part as soon as possible.

However, don?t be afraid to tell him the truth of the situation when he may have been the cause of the failure. If he voids the warranty, let the customer know this. Otherwise, you?ll go from being ?nice? to being a ?chump,? and that?s not fair to you or to the rest of your customers who treat you fairly.
